McLaren Technologies is proud to announce the deployment of Duve at The Sebel Yarrawonga, a luxury lakeside resort located on the banks of Lake Mulwala in regional Victoria. Known for its contemporary design, exceptional hospitality, and tranquil waterfront setting, The Sebel Yarrawonga offers guests a sophisticated retreat in one of Australia’s most picturesque destinations.

As part of the installation, the property implemented Duve’s AI Guest Agent — an intelligent digital assistant designed to communicate with guests naturally and efficiently. This innovative feature allows the hotel to manage enquiries, requests, and recommendations in real time, providing responsive and tailored support around the clock.

In addition, the project included integration with HubOS, ensuring that all guest communications, service requests, and operational updates flow seamlessly between departments. This integration enhances coordination across the property, helping the team deliver faster service and a more connected experience for every guest.
