McLaren Technologies is pleased to announce the successful remote installation of Jazzware Call Accounting and DuVoice Voicemail systems at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, completed in collaboration with our Japan-based partners, Universal Technics Co. Ltd.

Located in the heart of Fukuoka’s bustling Hakata district, Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is a luxury urban hotel that blends contemporary design with the warmth of Japanese hospitality. Part of the dynamic Canal City complex, the hotel features elegant guest rooms and suites, award-winning dining, a fitness club, and versatile event spaces that make it a preferred destination for both business and leisure travellers.

This remote installation was completed with full support from the onsite engineering team, enabling efficient deployment while maintaining the hotel’s commitment to uninterrupted guest service. The new systems enhance communication efficiency and operational visibility, aligning with Hyatt’s global standards of excellence.
