Sydney, 20 September 2019 – McLaren Technologies partnered with SKYE Suites Sydney to supply and install award winning technology offering for guests and staff
McLaren’s hotel client, SKYE Suites Sydney was awarded Best Technology Hotel at the Hotel Management Magazine Awards in Sydney last week amongst a stellar line up of Australian and New Zealand hotels.
The stunning serviced apartment hotel received the award in recognition for setting new benchmarks in technological innovation and design – the result of an extensive technology installation project which included the state-of-the-art INTELITY guest experience system.
The platform offers convenient self-service solutions for guests – including ordering in-room dining, requesting housekeeping services, access to comprehensive property compendium and local information, amongst a range of services. With integration to the HotSOS guest request management system all guest requests are fully automated. The INTELITY platform also integrates the resort’s operational efficiencies, reporting in real time and providing data management, for an elevated guest experience.
McLaren also supplied the Apple iPads and iPort charging docks for each room as well as for the staff at the front desk. Technology was also extended to housekeeping staff, providing better communication across the hotel, with iPods supplied to connect with HotSOS, accompanied by a PARASYNC charging and syncing station to keep them charged and updated.

McLaren Technologies also installed INTELITY at SKYE Suites Parramatta in 2017 and will replicate this for the new SKYE Suites Green Square opening soon.
