COVID-19 An Update From Our CEO


To our Valued Partners and Clients

On behalf of the McLaren Technologies team, I wanted to reach out to you personally during this unprecedented time of challenge and uncertainty in our industry and throughout the world. We want to ensure you that we are monitoring the COVID19 situation very closely, and our thoughts go out to those who have been affected by this global pandemic personally or professionally including our customers, business partners, suppliers and team members.

As developments are moving quickly, I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the steps we have taken in response to the outbreak and how they pertain to the services we provide for our hospitality customers, partners, vendors and the greater community.

To protect our employees we have taken actions to reduce the need for people to come into our offices based on the local conditions at each of our sites.  We are restricting travel to essential local travel only and we now have all of our employees back to their home base or on their way.  Due to the ever changing travel restrictions and quarantine periods imposed by individual countries we have ceased all international travel at this time.

As we continue to monitor the global impact of the outbreak, we will continue to provide around-the-clock support and technical service to our customers without any gaps in coverage.

You will continue to receive the same level of access, service, and support on all platforms and McLaren solutions.  Engagement with our sales staff, project management, administration and finance team will continue as normal.

Our Technical Support team continues to be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via email at, and via the usual channels which can be viewed at McLaren Support Centre.

Any open projects will be completed remotely where possible and we have the tools in place to manage those.

As more information becomes available or as this public health situation evolves, we will stay in touch to inform you of any potential changes or disruptions should they arise. Rest assured we are committed to supporting you through this event and in turn we thank you for your continued support and your partnership with McLaren.
