A JAZZ Telemanagement Network Interface (TNI) is installed at each property. The JAZZ Fusion TNI is a solid-state hardware device that manages the traffic moving between JAZZ Fusion servers and on-property telephone equipment and property management systems. The TNI manages serial connections to on-property devices while also capable of communicating via TCP/IP with JAZZ. The TNI buffers all activity to minimize disruption from potential network instability.

JAZZ V5.x is a single integrated communications accounting solution platform that provides for the billing and provisioning of telecommunications services to guests, groups and tenants.
